At SuryaGrid Solar (a brand of TrueVision Solutions), we strive to deliver high-quality solar products and installation services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔹 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking without any charges.
- After 24 hours, cancellation charges may apply as per project stage.
🔹 Return Policy
- Solar panels, inverters, and related equipment are non-returnable once delivered and installed.
- Returns are only applicable in case of:
- Damaged product at the time of delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
🔹 Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
- Advance payments may be partially refundable depending on project progress.
🔹 Installation Services
- Once installation work has started or completed, no refund will be applicable.
- Any service-related issues will be resolved under warranty or service support.
🔹 Warranty
- All solar products come with manufacturer warranty.
- SuryaGrid Solar provides assistance in warranty claims but does not manufacture products.
