🔹 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
- Order confirmation is subject to advance payment or loan approval.
🔹 Delivery Timeline
- Solar products (panels, inverter, structure) are typically delivered within 3–7 working days.
- Installation is scheduled within 7–15 working days after delivery and site readiness.
🔹 Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges may vary based on location and system size.
- Free delivery may be available for selected areas in Varanasi.
🔹 Service Area
- We currently provide services in Varanasi and nearby regions.
- For locations outside our service area, additional charges may apply.
🔹 Installation Requirement
- Installation will begin only after:
- Site inspection is completed
- Required approvals (DISCOM / subsidy) are in place
- Site is ready for installation
🔹 Delays
- Delivery or installation may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Government approvals (DISCOM / net metering)
- Material availability
- SuryaGrid Solar is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
🔹 Damage During Delivery
- Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
