- All prices are subject to change based on site conditions, system size, and government policies.
- Final pricing will be confirmed after site inspection.
- Payments may be taken in advance or through financing/loan partners.
- Full payment must be completed as per agreed terms before or during installation stages.
🔹 4. Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after receiving advance payment or written approval.
- SuryaGrid Solar reserves the right to cancel or reject any order.
🔹 5. Installation & Timeline
- Installation timelines may vary depending on site readiness, weather conditions, and DISCOM approvals.
- Any delays due to government approvals or third-party services are not under our direct control.
🔹 6. Warranty
- Solar panels, inverters, and equipment are covered under manufacturer warranty.
- SuryaGrid Solar provides support for warranty claims but is not the manufacturer.
🔹 7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information and documents
- Allow site access for installation and maintenance
- Ensure timely payments
🔹 8. Limitation of Liability
- SuryaGrid Solar shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors (DISCOM, weather, approvals).
- We are not responsible for indirect losses such as business loss or power fluctuations.
🔹 9. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
🔹 10. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and branding belong to SuryaGrid Solar and cannot be used without permission.
🔹 11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
🔹 12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
